Connections, Connections, Connections (Part 2)

Well here we are less than 2 weeks before the election, and Mr. Rasta is history. What is most interesting is how tightly this person is tied to both Adam Puharic and a Senator from Middletown*. I had long suspected a Middletown connection giving Mr. Rastas affection for the Courier and Mr. Purcell. The plot will undoubtedly thicken over the next week as more Rasta MEN (or WOMAN) are revealed. As many inside republicans know, the connections all make sense. I don't want to be the spoiler, so all I will say is "Follow the Jobs". That will be the puppet strings that control the rastaman.

Q: Who has been involved in getting Alen Moretti his last three Employment Opportunities? (hint) (Please post the answers)

Q: Who has been involved in getting Mr. Puharic* his last three Employment Opportunities? (Please post the answers)

Q: Who has been involved in getting Scott Broschart* his last three Employment Opportunities? (hint) (Please post the answers)

*Note: The only person so far Identified as Rastaman is Mr. Moretti. All guilty parties will be flushed out over the next few weeks. Other references to individuals in this post do not imply guilt only imply they are still a suspect in the case.

Connections, Connections, Connections...

Politics is not a game of who you are, but who you know. I have received many emails requesting additional names be added to the *Pole on Mr. Rasta. Some were funny, like adding The Great Cornholio (from Bevis and Buthead). Others were much more serious, some names that were suggested were: Marian Masnick, Noreen Kelly, Joe Kyrillos and even good old Mal Carton.

My research and knowledge about these individuals has eliminated them from being the Actual Rastaman. Each lacks the technical competence to complete the tasks required to maintain the site. However, each may be a contributor to the cause. One name in particular seems to be connected to many of the "terrible 10" as they are known in the inner blogging circles. I will be outlining the connections in future posts.

Since I don't allow anonymous posts, often people email me comments, here are a few I recently received:

* NOTE: a "Pole on Mr. Rasta" should not be taken as a threat in any way ... For those who don't read the blogs, the Pole in question refers to Mr. Pomanowski who threatened to sit on Mr. Rasta.

Wizdom - Some Have it Some don't...

1 Kings 3:16 - Wisdom.

Now two came to the king and stood before him. One of them said, "My lord, this woman and I live in the same house. I had a baby while she was there with me. The third day after my child was born, this woman also had a baby. We were alone; there was no one in the house but the two of us. "During the night this woman's son died because she lay on him. So she got up in the middle of the night and took my son from my side while I your servant was asleep. She put him by her breast and put her dead son by my breast. The next morning, I got up to nurse my son—and he was dead! But when I looked at him closely in the morning light, I saw that it wasn't the son I had borne."The other woman said, "No! The living one is my son; the dead one is yours." But the first one insisted, "No! The dead one is yours; the living one is mine." And so they argued before the king. The king said, "This one says, 'My son is alive and your son is dead,' while that one says, 'No! Your son is dead and mine is alive.' "Then the king said, "Bring me a sword." So they brought a sword for the king. He then gave an order: "Cut the living child in two and give half to one and half to the other." The woman whose son was alive was filled with compassion for her son and said to the king, "Please, my lord, give her the living baby! Don't kill him!" But the other said, "Neither I nor you shall have him. Cut him in two! "Then the king gave his ruling: "Give the living baby to the first woman. Do not kill him; she is his mother."

In the end, Freeholder Little decided not to run. Instead of splitting the Monmouth GOP and destroying the party she loved, she handed it over to the chairman and saved it. The question will be "Will the Republicans of Monmouth County give it back to her?" Some have said this is the end of Freeholder Little. I think it is not the end... only a very fiery beginning. We should all embrace her strength and thank her for taking the right path. Now it is left up to all of us. Will we stay home? Will we play follow the leader? Will we try to fix what we think is broken? Only time will tell.

Where do we stand?

In just over 24 hours the fate of our great Monmouth County Republican Organization will be determined for the next 10 years. We have a choice, a choice for freedom and victory or a choice for a dictatorship and defeat. Many of you may feel that you have been shut out of the process. Many are disgusted and disenfranchised. Some may not seek re-election as a county committee person next year. I ask you to PLEASE reconsider. Please join us at Brookdale tomorrow morning to ask for change.

I am not an "Anti-Adam" person. I am simply a fellow republican that believes in the committee. One of Adam's closest advisors said to me one evening at a function "The committee are a bunch of sheep, that is why we need a steering committee, they don't have a clue. " ( of course I was just quite and listening). I believe that YOU the COMMITTEE are the front line in this political battle. You are responsible for carrying the message out the grass roots of Monmouth County. If you the COMMITTEE don't believe in the candidates we can't win.

Option 1
No one shows up (maybe 50 to 100 of the Adam supporters out there). They vote, Cantor wins the freeholder seat, Guadagno wins Sheriff and Rible and Angelini win for the 11th district. We are done and all go home by 12:00 Noon. Quick and Clean, Adam reports "No one asked for my resignation, the republican rank and file are behind me" County committee say home for the election. The Republicans suffer the worst defeat in Monmouth County history. Nearly all seats are lost (State, Local and County). We then start the long road to recovery.

Option 2
Huge turn out. 600+ turn out. Yes it is a circus like atmosphere (jugglers and clowns and even a ring master). The county committee demands change. Change is granted. The committee changes the course of the ship, we avoid disaster, reclaim our dignity & sanity. The COMMITTEE CHOOSES a slate of candidates. WE CREATE BYLAWS for the organization. The rank and file republicans work hard to stimulate the grass roots of Monmouth County. We win in November by HUGE margins.

CONCLUSION
It is up to you, the COMMITTEE. Our system provides for a selection process. This process has been used since the beginning. This Saturday is a "NOMINATING" Convention. The Idea is to NOMINATE. The rules proposed should not be accepted. The COMMITTEE needs to choose the rules. COMMITTEE MEMBERS.. DON'T BE DISGUSTED, BE MOTIVATED.

The Sheriff's Race

Although I think Kim Guadagno is a great candidate for sheriff, I still would have liked the County Committee to choose. The screening committee serves at the request of the chairman, therefore it behooves them to give him what he wants. He wanted Kim as the candidate. To ensure Kim to win in the convention a classic technique is to put up the strong candidate and a qualified but weaker one. This way when the voting is done the strong one is the winner.

Interestingly enough, there was another candidate that had some very strong credentials. This candidate was from a town where the chairwoman had made some public statements against the county chairman. Did this in anyway impact the decision, I hope not. If there were so many qualified candidates why only two, and why for the freeholder seat three. I am confused, the process is riddled with inconsistency.

The County Committee is a group of ELECTED officials. There job is to select candidates. They represent the party (either D or R). They are the correct answer, not a hand chosen screening committee. I suggest they all show up next weekend and demand change. The leadership of the party should feel comfortable with the county committees decision. After all... as a great coach once said "The cream always rises to the top"

Who am I ??

For the record... Rasta doesn't get it.

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us
I am his worst nightmare. A dark shadow of an internet guru, invisible to all. I have attached myself to his world and watch every move he makes. I am not anyone on the inside circle, but I do talk with many of them. I go to every republican event I can. I don't talk much, I just listen. Sometimes people are talking to me, sometimes I accidentally overhear things. I know people who are part of the Internet, literately plugged in at all levels.

Rasta, you are being watched, even when you post from the library. If you are getting scared Rasta, you should be!!! Maybe you should consider moving out of your parents basement and get a life yourself. Your exposure is eminent, it will happen at the right time and at the right place. All who are associated with you will fall and the darkness that has engulfed our great party will be lifted.
